Nexabyte Innovation Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to request the removal of all or any specific links to our website. You agree to immediately remove such links upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and our linking policy at any time. Removal of Links from Our Website
If you find any link on our website that is offensive or inappropriate for any reason, you are welcome to contact us at any time. We will review all requests to remove links; however, we are not obligated to comply or respond directly.

Payment Terms
Annual maintenance packages require payment at least 15 days prior to the expiry date. In the event of non-payment by the renewal date:
- Services will be discontinued,
- Data will be permanently deleted,
- Domains purchased by Nexabyte will not be renewed (if the domain is registered by the client or any third party, its responsibility lies solely with the client),
- A reinstatement fee of ₹10,000 will be applicable to retrieve any deleted data.
Please note: No refunds will be issued for any service under any circumstances.
Data retention period: 6 months.
Collection of Personal Data
We collect and process various types of data related to you. Data that can be used to identify you is termed as “Personal Data”. This does not include information that is publicly accessible or freely available.

- Transactional data, payment history, and balances used for money transfer services.

- Document images, ID proofs, and photographs for product/service eligibility.
- Voice recordings during customer service calls.
- Specimen signatures for processing instructions.

- Device information including location, contacts, call logs, SMS, device storage, model, network, and more when using our app.
- Access to your mobile device’s camera, media files, and in-app permissions for features like scan & pay, chat support, etc.

Purging of Personal Data
You may delete your Nexabyte Innovation Pvt. Ltd. account at any time through our desktop site, mobile site, or app. Upon account deletion, we will cease processing your data externally. However, we will retain your data as long as the purpose for its collection remains valid or as required by law.
Please note:
- Transaction logs may be retained for legal and regulatory purposes even after account deletion.
- Legal proceedings or directives may require us to retain your data beyond the regular retention period.
